Patch 5.4: PTR Build 17299 ³

Patch 5.4 OG

Letzte Nacht wurde der Build 17260 auf die Testserver für den kommenden Patch 5.4 aufgespielt. Dieses neue Update ist allerdings relativ gering und bringt daher neben den obligatorischen Klassenänderungen nur einige Kleinigkeiten mit sich.

Überarbeitete legendäre Umhänge:

Die Effekte von drei der kommenden legendären Umhänge wurden ein wenig abgeschwächt.

  • Fen-Yu, Fury of Xuen: Dieser Effekt wird nur noch 20% eurer Angriffskraft als Schaden an bis zu 5 Zielen vor euch zufügen. Dafür wurde die Chance auf das Auslösen des Effekts etwas erhöht.
  • Xing-Ho, Breath of Yu’lon: Dieser Effekt kann nur noch bis zu 4 Ziele treffen.
  • Gong-Lu, Strength of Xuen: Dieser Effekt wird nur noch 20% eurer Angriffskraft als Schaden an bis zu 5 Zielen vor euch zufügen. Dafür wurde die Chance auf das Auslösen des Effekts etwas erhöht.

Kosmetisches Set für Schamanen:

Es wurde ein neues Set für Schamanen in den Daten des neuen Builds gefunden, welches bisher noch keine Werte besitzt. Vermutlich handelt es sich dabei um ein kosmetisches Set oder um eine Rüstung, die sich in einer frühen Entwicklungsphase befindet.

Änderungen an T-16 Set Boni:

Der neue Build hat auch einige Set Boni des kommenden T-16 Sets leicht überarbeitet.

  • Hunter T16 2P Bonus: Aimed Shot, Arcane Shot and Multi-shot reduce the cooldown of Rapid Fire by 8 seconds per cast.
  • Monk T16 Windwalker 2P Bonus: Combo Breaker: Tiger Palm increases the damage of Tiger Palm by 40%. Combo Breaker: Blackout Kick increases the damage of Blackout Kick by 40%.
  • Monk T16 Windwalker 2P Bonus: Every 10 stacks of Tigereye Brew consumed cause your next Rising Sun Kick, Blackout Kick, or Fists of Fury to consume 1 less Chi.

Klassenänderungen:

Druid

  • Moonkin Form Shapeshift into Moonkin Form, increasing Arcane and Nature damage you deal by 10% and increasing your armor by 60%. While in this form, you increase the spell haste of all party and raid members within 100 yards by 5%. The act of shapeshifting frees the caster of movement impairing effects. Can’t be cast in Tree of Life Form. Druid – Balance Spec. 9.3% of Base Mana. Instant.
  • Shooting Stars You have a 30% chance when you deal critical periodic damage with your Moonfire or Sunfire to instantly reset the cooldown of your Starsurge and cause its next cast within 12 sec to be instant. This chance is reduced against multiple targets. Druid – Balance Spec.

Hunter

  • Arcane Shot An instant shot that causes 125% weapon damage plus 2,378 as Arcane damage. Requires Ranged Weapon. 30 Focus. 40 yd range.
  • Kill Command (Beast Mastery) Give the command to kill, causing your pet to instantly inflict [ 1,215 + 140.1% of RAP ] damage to its target and apply the Hunter’s Mark effect.
  • Kill Command (Marksmanship, Survival) Give the command to kill, causing your pet to instantly inflict [ 1,047 + 120.8% of RAP ] damage to its target and apply the Hunter’s Mark effect.
  • Aimed Shot A powerful aimed shot that deals 400% ranged weapon damage plus 12,612. Requires Ranged Weapon. Hunter – Marksmanship Spec. 50 Focus. 40 yd range. 2.5 sec cast.
  • Explosive Shot You fire an explosive charge into the enemy target, dealing [ 453 + 36.3% of RAP ] Fire damage initially and every second for 2 sec and applying the Hunter’s Mark effect. Requires Ranged Weapon. Hunter – Survival Spec. 25 Focus. 40 yd range. 6 sec cooldown.

Mage

  • Combustion Instantly deals 1,040 Fire damage and stuns the target for 3 sec. If the target is currently affected by your Ignite, it also burns the target for additional damage equal to 20% of the damage per tick of the Ignite every 1 sec for 10 sec. When cast, resets the cooldown of your Inferno Blast ability. Mage – Fire Spec. 10% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. Instant. 45 sec cooldown.

Monk

  • Rushing Jade Wind (Brewmaster) You summon a whirling tornado around you which deals [ 37.8% of Mainhand Min DPS + 18.9% of Offhand Min DPS + 9.5% of AP - 1 ] to [ 37.8% of Mainhand Max DPS + 18.9% of Offhand Max DPS + 9.5% of AP + 1 ;] damage to all nearby enemies every 0.75 sec, within 8 yards. Lasts 6 sec.
  • Rushing Jade Wind (Mistweaver) You summon a whirling tornado around you which deals [ 141.6% of Mainhand Min DPS + 7.5% of AP - 1 ] to [ 141.6% of Mainhand Max DPS + 7.5% of AP + 1 ;] damage to all nearby enemies and 2,809 healing to nearby allies every 0.75 sec, within 8 yards. Lasts 6 sec
  • Rushing Jade Wind (Windwalker) You summon a whirling tornado around you which deals [ 94.4% of Mainhand Min DPS + 47.2% of Offhand Min DPS + 7.5% of AP - 1 ] to [ 94.4% of Mainhand Max DPS + 47.2% of Offhand Max DPS + 7.5% of AP + 1 ;] damage to all nearby enemies every 0.75 sec, within 8 yards. Lasts 6 sec
  • Brewing: Tigereye Brew For each 4 Chi you consume through use of abilities and attacks, you gain a charge of Tigereye Brew. Use Tigereye Brew to consume the charges, granting you 6% increased damage and healing for 15 sec. Tigereye Brew can stack up to 20 times, but you can only consume up to 10 stacks at a time for 60% increased damage. Monk – Windwalker Spec.
  • Mastery: Bottled Fury When you generate Tigereye Brew charges, you have a 20% chance to generate an additional charge. Monk – Windwalker Spec.
  • Tigereye Brew Increases damage and healing done by 6% per stack of Tigereye Brew active, consuming up to 10 Tigereye Brew stacks. Lasts 15 sec. For each 4 Chi you consume through use of abilities and attacks, you gain a charge of Tigereye Brew. Use Tigereye Brew to consume the charges, granting you 6% increased damage and healing for 15 sec. Tigereye Brew can stack up to 20 times, but you can only consume up to 10 stacks at a time for 60% increased damage. Monk – Windwalker Spec. Instant. 5 sec cooldown.

Priest

  • Shadow Word: Death (Shadow) If the target does not die, the cooldown is reset, but this additional Shadow Word: Death does not grant a Shadow Orb. This effect has a 7.5 sec cooldown.
  • Shadowform Assume a Shadowform, increasing your Shadow damage by 25%, increasing your armor by 60%, and increasing all party and raid members spell haste by 5%. However, you may not cast Holy spells except for Renew, Prayer of Mending, and Leap of Faith while in this form. Priest – Shadow Spec. 2.6% of Base Mana. Instant.
  • Glyph of Shadow Word: Death Your Shadow Word: Death can now be cast at any time, but deals 25% damage against targets above 20% health. Casting Shadow Word: Death now also does damage to you equivalent to the damage it would do to an enemy above 20% health. Major Glyph.

Rogue:

  • Fan of Knives Instantly whirl around, releasing a spray of knives at all targets within 10 yards, dealing [ 1,558 + 17.5% of AP ] Physical damage. This attack has a chance of applying your active poisons at their normal rate. Awards 1 combo points if it strikes your current combo target. 35 Energy. Instant.
  • Mutilate Instantly attacks with both weapons for 280% weapon damage plus an additional 874 with each weapon. Awards 2 combo points. Requires Daggers. Melee range. Instant.
  • Mutilate Off-Hand Instantly attacks with both weapons for 280% weapon damage plus an additional 874 with each weapon. Awards 2 combo points. Requires Daggers. Melee range. Instant.
  • Sinister Strike An instant strike that causes 672 damage in addition to 240% of your normal weapon damage. Requires Melee Weapon. 50 Energy. Melee range. Instant.
  • Dispatch A vicious strike that exploits the vulnerability of foes with less than 35% health remaining, causing 645% weapon damage plus 5,057 to the target. Requires a dagger in the main hand. Awards 1 combo points. Replaces Sinister Strike. Requires Daggers. Rogue – Assassination Spec. 30 Energy. Melee range. Instant.
  • Mutilate Instantly attacks with both weapons for 280% weapon damage plus an additional 874 with each weapon. Awards 2 combo points. Requires Daggers. Rogue – Assassination Spec. 55 Energy. Melee range. Instant.
  • Revealing Strike An instant strike that deals 160% weapon damage and exposes the target’s vulnerabilities, increasing the effectiveness of your offensive finishing moves on that target by 35%, and giving your Sinister Strikes a 20% chance to generate an extra combo point, for 24 sec. Awards 1 combo points. Requires Melee Weapon. Rogue – Combat Spec. 40 Energy. Melee range. Instant.
  • Vitality Increases your Energy regeneration rate by 20% and your Attack Power by 35%. Rogue – Combat Spec.
  • Backstab the target, causing 380% weapon damage plus 1,744 to the target. Must be behind the target. Requires a dagger in the main hand. Awards 1 combo points. Requires Daggers. Rogue – Subtlety Spec. 35 Energy. Melee range. Instant.
  • Sanguinary Vein Increases the damage of your Rupture ability by 50% and causes you to deal 25% additional damage to targets afflicted by your Rupture, Garrote, or Crimson Tempest. Rogue – Subtlety Spec.

Shaman

  • Stormblast Hurl a staggering lightning blast at an enemy, dealing Nature damage equal to 380% weapon damage and granting you an additional 25% chance to critically strike that enemy with your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Lightning Shield, and Earth Shock for 15 sec. Requires Melee Weapon. 9.372% of Base Mana. 30 yd range. Instant. 8 sec cooldown.
  • Stormblast Hurl a staggering lightning blast at an enemy, dealing Nature damage equal to 380% weapon damage and granting you an additional 25% chance to critically strike that enemy with your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Lightning Shield, and Earth Shock for 15 sec. Requires Melee Weapon. 100 yd range. Instant.

  • Conductivity When you cast Healing Wave, Greater Healing Wave, Healing Surge, or Chain Heal, your Healing Rain’s duration is increased by 2 sec. When you cast Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Earth Shock, or use Stormstrike, your Healing Rain’s duration is increased by 2 sec. This cannot cause Healing Rain to last longer than 40 sec. Shaman – LvL 75 Talent.
  • Lava Burst You hurl molten lava at the target, dealing [ 1,418 + 90% of Spell Power Fire damage. Lava Burst will always deal a critical strike. If your Flame Shock is on the target, Lava Burst will deal 50% additional damage. Shaman - Elemental & Restoration Spec. 7.7% of Base Mana. 30 yd range. 2 sec cast. 8 sec cooldown
  • Lava Lash You charge your off-hand weapon with lava, instantly dealing 260% of that weapon's damage to an enemy target and spreading your Flame Shock from the target to up to four enemies within 12 yards. Damage is increased by 40% if your off-hand weapon is enchanted with Flametongue. Requires Melee Weapon. Shaman - Enhancement Spec. 4% of Base Mana. Melee range. Instant. 10 sec cooldown.
  • Stormstrike Instantly strike an enemy with both weapons, dealing 380% weapon damage and granting you an additional 25% chance to critically strike that enemy with your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Lightning Shield, and Earth Shock for 15 sec. Requires Melee Weapon. Shaman - Enhancement Spec. 9.4% of Base Mana. Melee range. Instant. 8 sec cooldown.

Warlock

  • Agony Inflicts increasing agony on the target, causing up to [ 3,840 + 30% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 24 sec. This damage is dealt slowly at first and builds up each time it deals damage. 100 yd range. Instant.
  • Corruption (Affliction, Destruction) Corrupts the target, causing [ 1,584 + 16.5% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 18 sec.
  • Corruption (Demonology) Corrupts the target, causing [ 1,584 + 16.5% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 18 sec.
  • Corruption (Affliction, Destruction) Corrupts the target, causing [ 1,584 + 16.5% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 18 sec.
  • Corruption (Demonology) Corrupts the target, causing of  [ 1,584 + 16.5%  Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 18 sec.
  • Unstable Affliction Shadow energy slowly destroys the target, causing [ 2,170 + 29% of Spell Power ] damage over 14 sec. If the Unstable Affliction is dispelled it will cause of [ 2,480 + 232%  Spell Power ] damage to the dispeller and silence them for 4 sec. This damage always critically strikes. 100 yd range. 1.5 sec cast.

  • Malefic Grasp Binds the target in twilight, causing [ 564 + 13.2% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4 sec. Every 1 sec, when Malefic Grasp deals damage, it causes all of your other periodic Affliction damage effects to instantly deal 30% of their normal periodic damage. Warlock – Affliction Spec. 1.5% of Base Mana, plus 1.5% per sec. 40 yd range. Instant (Channeled).
  • Nightfall Your most recently applied Corruption has a 10% chance when it deals damage to cause you to regain a Soul Shard. Warlock – Affliction Spec.
  • Unstable Affliction Shadow energy slowly destroys the target, causing [ 2,170 + 29% of Spell Power ] damage over 14 sec.
